Edward Tompson pays £811.18.7 legacy duty on moiety of the estate left to Priscilla Elizabeth Smith for life, who died on 14th Dec 1874. Edward Tompson now inherits, along with the residue of the estate of Matthew Smith, due to Mary Anne Smith, subject to the life interest of Priscilla.
