To all servants in service at time of death 1 years wages over and above what's due to them; to Edward Tompson, cousin, all real and personal estate. If he predeceases testatrix, estate to his sons, Edward Carrier Smith Tompson and James Alfred Tompson, on Trust to convert to money - one moiety to Edward Tompson absolutely, or if he predeceases testatrix on trust to his sons and Catherine Mary Tompson his daughter. Other moiety to be invested in stock. Interest, dividends and annual proceeds to be paid to Priscilla Eliz. Smith, widow of Colonel Bellingham John Smith, brother. After her death to trust funds for Edward Tompson and his family. Priscilla Eliz Smith may take jewels, plate, furniture and personal effects as part of the moiety. Codicil To Caroline Dering, friend, wife of Steneage Wm. Dering of Brighton, Sussex £1000 for her sole and separate use; to Maria Edwards, wife of John Edwards, 39 Coleman St, London, annuity of £30 for her sole and separate use. Sole executor Edward Tompson.
