Description1. Elizabeth Morley, widow of Richard Morley, esq. His devisee for £2000 for herself and as guardian for their son Henry, an infant and devisee for £3000 and of their daughter Charlotte, devisee for £2000. 2. Thomas Morley, son and heir of Richard Morley, devisee for £5000. 3. Sir George Browne, Bart of Great Shefford, Berks and Dame Gertrude his wife,eldest daughter of Richard Morley and devisee for £5000, both infants under the age of 21 years by Edmund Webb of Redbourne, Wilts their guardian. 4. Thomas Morley, esq of Inner Temple London. 1, 2 and 3 to make request for grant of letters of adminisration in Prerogative Court of Chancery (nominated executors refused to serve). 4 not to pay any money without order from Prerogative Court of Chancery. Assets left to be moved to Bank of England where the Court of Chancery orders to distribution.
