Demise (1000 years) for £100. Robert Baker to William Mutton, 9 June 1809, of three tenements in Priory Lane (adjoining). 2. Centre tenement sold by Robert Baker to Rev Bonney, November 1811, for £50 (paid to William Mutton in part discharge of mortgage leaving £50 owing). 3. Death and will of Robert Baker in favour of wife Diane. Now £150 (£50 to William Mutton). 1 to 3. Two tenements, part of a new building of three, one on north side in occupation of Samuel Smith and one on south side in occupation of Huller Bull.
