Description | Heathcote agrees to purchase money and terms as in last letter, Mr. Bertie perfecting his title as to fine and recovery etc., if needful at his charge and Heathcote's expense to be only Lease and Release. He can not promise when the lawyers will finish but his money is ready. Heathcote wants to know when and where to pay the money. Hopes that while matter is pending order be given that no embezlement be made of the trees. Added: C. Bertie's agreement to the above-mentioned terms and that the purchase money of £11,700 be paid to him or his order in London. |
