(1) to (2) for £2,000 to use of (2) for ever Closes with apps. in Molesworth, late in the tenure of Wm. Bedell, now in that of (1), called Hunts Closes (180a.) with the messuage therein with apps. in the occupation of Henry Negus. Lands etc. in Molesworth formerly in tenure of Wm. Bedell, now in (1)'s. All deeds re. these properties to be delivered to (2) before the Feast of Purification next. Peaceful possession to (2) without disturbance by (1) or by Alexander Ekins the elder of Molesworth, gent, and Thomas Say, Whiston, clerk. Land free of charges incurred by these people. (1) and Elizabeth his wife and Ekins and Thomas Say promise to execute any necessary deeds of further assurance within the next 7 years.
