Sir Edward Aiscough, South Kelsey, Lincs, Kt. and Robert Williamson, of the City of London, merchant. (1) to (2) for 5/- Several closes in Molesworth, Hunts, called Hunts Closes (180a.), lately purchased by (1) of Charles Montague, Esq., for £1,521.10s. which is part of the money entrusted to Thomas Medlycott, Esq. and Thomas Washer, gent to be laid out in such purchase and now or late in the occupation of the said Charles Montague. And all the messuage built on the premises. And all lands etc. appertaining. And all property of (1) in Molesworth purchased by her of the said Charles Montague. From yesterday for a year at a peppercorn. To be in possession for a release of tomorrow between (1) and (2), Mary Norborne the only dau. and heir of John Norborne, Esq. decd., and (1) and Thomas Medlycott, Middle Temple, Esq. and Thomas Washer, Lincolns Inn, gent.
