Recites: mortgage of 30 April, 1619 from (2) to (1). of Hunts Closes in Molesworth (160a.) then in occupation of Simon and John Chadwell, with all apps., reversions etc. for £700, with proviso that if (2) repays principal and interest, it shall be void. (2) has so paid, though not at times and places mentioned. Now (1) to (2). All rights in said premises.
