Now (1) agrees with (2) that if (2) keeps covenants in Indenture of 1 June, 1599 and if (2) keeps conditions in Letters Patent of 17 April, 1543 re premises in the nether end of Sop Lane in the parish of St. Antelen als. St. Antholyn, London. And if (1) and Robert Bothebye his second son may from now on enjoy the said premises, then said bond to be void. |
