DescriptionSurrender of Lancelot Andrewes, D.D., of Messuage with apps. called Cranes and 9a. land to use of Thomas Princippe, son of Martha Salmon now the wife of Robert Salmon and late wife of Robert Princippe lately decd. and the heirs of Thomas Princippe legitimately begotten. For default of such issue remainder to the said Martha Salmon and her legitimate heirs. For default of such issue remainder to said Lancelot Andrewes his heirs and assigns for ever. Thomas Princippe, Martha and Lancelot were admitted tenants.
