Fayer Acre als. Rayle Acre lying in the towns of Pitsea, North Benflete, Bowers and Newington. And 6a. customary land called Davies als. Starkwood and 3a. customary land called Colwydon and Newmans. And all that messuage and 30a. customary land called Rayners lying in 6 crofts in Pitsea, between the land of John Pagett and Geoffrey Hall on the east and a field called Games Downe on the westwith all apps. And George Thorowgood sought permission to let the farms, land and free tenements for a term of 15 years. And to cut the trees called Powlemys growing on the aforesaid free lands during the aforesaid time and to keep the wood thus cut. And it was given.
