DescriptionLaurence Mower on death of Thomas Kyngesman and previously of James Mower, to 1 customary tenement and 5a. adjacent land lately called Semans land and now called Crossehouse als. Salmonds, and ½ of 1 tenement and croft of customary land called Messynge Crofte and ½ of 3½a. called Lackwarreslande and also ½ of 1 other croft lately Henry Bruer's of 3a. and 6a. waste formerly Roger Burle's at a rent of 4/3½d. p.a. The court held before Margerie Cressewell, widow, late the wife of William Cresswell, renters of the manor for the lives of Robert Forthe, Esq., and lady Elizabeth his wife, late the wife of Robert Ryche, Esq. late Lord Ryche, as part of Elizabeth's dowry and to go after her death to Robert now Ryche. The said Margerie Cresswell releases all claims in the said lands to the said Laurence Moyer.
