DescriptionMon. before Christmas, 1563 Richard Pulter, now aged 23, to ½ of 1 tenement and croft called Lokwarryns and ½ of one other croft late Henry Dremers containing 3a. and 6a. waste formerly Roger Byrle's. Granted to Richard Pulter, after the death of his mother, under the guardianship of Wm. Poulter at a Court of Trinity 1552. William Poulter is now dead, and Richard of age. Land is to be held by him in severalty according to arrangement made between said Richard and William Norman at a Court of 1560.
