Description1. The Rt. Hon. Robert Villiers, Basset Bury, Bucks., Esq. 2. Samuel Moyer, London, Esq. Recites: 1) Bargain and Sale of even date. 2) 2. having paid £500 only in part payment and £1,530 being residue of purchase money due. The following agreements are made: 1. agrees before 2 November next to appear as vouchee and suffer a Common Recovery with 2. as tenant of the freehold of all said premises. 2. agrees to pay the remaining £1,530 on 2 Nov. next if said Common Recovery is suffered or within 5 days after such C.R. Power of distraint to 1. If 1. dies before said Recovery is executed then his exors. are to pay £500 to 1. within 6 months. And 2. will then reconvey lands to 1. and heirs and will hold them in trust for them until then.
