Richard Tryce, Great Stewkeley, gent, and Anne, his wife. 1. to 2. for £160 for ever, to use of 2. Their moytie of the Manor of Broughton in the parish of Great Stewkeley and Little Stewkeley and all lands etc. belonging thereto. All the moytie of 1 messuage in Great S. and Little S. now in the tenure of Richard Maryett and the moytie of all houses, buildings etc. belonging to the same messuage, with the moytie of 1 close adjoining the said messuage (3as). And moytie of 80as. of land with apps. in Great S. and Little S., now or late in the tenure of the said Richard Maryett. And the moytie of 1 other messuage in Great S., with the moytye of all its apps., now or late in the tenure of Robert Maryett, with all the moytie of 1 close adjoining the said messuage (2½as). And the moytie of 103 as. of land with apps. in Great S. and Little S. now or late in the tenure of Robert M. And all other possessions of 1. in Great S. and Little S., now in the tenure of John Daryell, by lease indented for term of certain years with apps. And the rents and reversions in Great S. or Little S. to 1. or either of them or the heirs of the Lady Agnes excepted and foreprysed. All deeds etc. to be delivered by 1. to 2. before All Saints next. Land free of charges. Lease made by 1. to Richard Maryett on 28 Sep. 9 Eliz.I rent to be transferred to 2. Lease made by 1. to william Pascheler decd. on 28 Sep. 9 Eliz.I whereby the said Robert Maryett now holdeth the same for 21 years rent to be transferred to 2. for remainder of term.
