Manor of Great S. called Camoys Manor with all apps. Parcel of ground on which a windmill formerly stood in Great S. And moyetie of the Manor of Broughtons with all apps., all formerly in occup. of John Stone Esq., and afterwards in that of Mary Norborne, Calne, Wilts, widow, and lately purchased by her for £7,300. And all property which she purchased of Stone in the Stewkleys or anywhere in Hunts. For a further 10/- Closes in Molesworth called Hunts Close (180 acres), lately purchased by Isabell Norborne of Charles Mountagu, Esq., for £1,521.10s. and formerly in his occup. Messuage there with all apps. and all property in Molesworth which Isabell Norborne lately ourchased of Charles Mountagu. And 4 lots or pieces of ferry ground in Somersham fore fen, in a place called Knobbs, lately purchased by Isabell N. of Roger Taylor the younger, for £400 and now on late in occup. of Roger Taylor, the younger, and/or Roger T., the elder, And all lands of 1. in Hunts., including those in Hinchingbrooke, Hertford, and Bythorn. That 2. may suffer common recovery levied by 3. before the end of next Easter term, to the foll: 1/3 of the property to use of Isabell Norborne for her life in full recompence for her joynture. ½ of another 1/3 to use of Isabell N. while widow without account. If she remarries, she is accountable for rents and profits for benefit of Mary Norborne party of these presents. Joynture 1/3 after her death, widow's moiety after determination of that estate, and all the rest to use of said Mary N., party to these presents. |
