Description1. John Stone, Baldwyn Brightwell, Oxon, Esq. 2. James Clitherow, Boston, Middx., Esq., and John Clitherow of the same, gent, bro. of James. Recites: 1) Demise of 7 Dec. 1674 of Manor of Camoys in Great S. and moiety of Manor of Broughton with all apps. and all property of 1. in Hunts., except Rectory and Parsonage of Great S. 2) Assignment of term of 10 Dec. 1677 3) Death of Anne Stone, intestate in March 1678 and administration of her goods being granted to her sister, Katherine, on 8 Apr. 1678, so that Katherine now stands interested in both moieties of the premises. 4) Assignment of term and demise of 28 Nov. 1678 5) 2. at request of 1. have agreed to lend 1. the further sum of £500 upon the security of the said Manors and premises. Now 1. to 2.: The proviso or condition contained in the said last recited Indenture for redemption of the said Mannors and premises. And all other conditions for redemption of the said property. Unless 1. pays 2. £3,670 by 2 Dec. 1680. Any necessary deeds of further assurance to be made by 1. in the residue of the terms.
