(ii) Assignment of 31 July, 1813. (iii) £100 not being paid and (1) having called it in (3) has agreed to advance it to (2) on security. Now (1) and (2) to (3) for £100 to (1) and 10/- to (2). Cottage and Home Close and lands in said indentures. For residue of Term. Usual covenants. Endorsed: (a) Receipt of even date from (1) to (3) for £100. (b) Receipt of 5 Sep. 1828 from (3) to John Heathcote, who has purchased said premises for £126 for principal and int. and promise from (3) to assign premises to said John Heathcote. |
