Endorsed: 1) Receipt of even date from 1. to 2. for £1,000. 2) Assignment of Term 28 Feb. 1753 1. Mary Cocke. 2. Taylor White, Lincolns Inn, Middx, Esq. 1. has received by the hands of Dame Jane Cotton, widow, from the Cotton heiresses the £1,000 with interest. Recites Sir John Heathcote, Bart, having purchased the said lands from the Cotton heiresses and them having been conveyed to him today. Now 1. to 2. for 5/-, by direction of Cotton heiresses, and at nomination of Sir John Heathcote. Said premises with all apps. For residue of term. In trust for Sir John Heathcote and heirs. |
