Taylor White, Lincolns Inn, Middx, Esq. 1. has received by the hands of Dame Jane Cotton, widow, from the Cotton heiresses the £1,000 with interest. Recites Sir John Heathcote, Bart, having purchased the said lands from the Cotton heiresses and them having been conveyed to him today. Now 1. to 2. for 5/-, by direction of Cotton heiresses, and at nomination of Sir John Heathcote. Said premises with all apps. For residue of term. In trust for Sir John Heathcote and heirs. |
