Description(1) Thomas Cotton, Middle Temple, London, gent. (2) Sir Robert Cotton, Conington, Kt., bro. of (1) Recites: (i) Indenture of 9 Dec. 1605 by which (2) confirmed to (1) an annuity of £30 out of the Manor of Conington, for ever. (ii) (2) by bond of same date being bound to (1) in £400 to keep covenant in said indenture or else pay (1) £300 and averages of said annuity and pain of 40/-. Now (1) to (2). Said annuity and payne of 40/- and all acts in said Indenture and also £400 in said bond and £300 in condition thereof. All claims under said Indenture and Bond.
