Also memos No. 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 dealing with mutual assistance, electricity undertakings, co-operation between railway companies and the civil defence services, reporting of air raid damage, incidents, gas undertakings, general order issued by the chief constable to all police officers, dated 17 May 1940, enclosing copy of operation and training memo No. 4. ARP office circular No. 16/1940 - Operational control at air raid incidents. Operation and training memo No. 11 - Disposal of unexploded bombs, etc. Operation and training memo No. 12 - Reports on the operation of civil defence services memo No. 13 - Distinguishing marks on steel helmets. Memo No. 15 - Disposal of unexploded bombs and shells. Memo No. 16 - Instructions for detecting unexploded bombs. Memo No. 17 - Unexploded bombs. Memo No. 18 - Disposal of unexploded parachute mines. Memo No. 25 - Inflammable spirit on highways, etc and correspondence arising from this memo.
