Clarke) enclosing copies of the Eastern region scheme for the provision of mutual assistance and reinforcements in connection with the mobile ARP services in the Eastern region. (The scheme deals with the co-operation of the counties of Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, West Suffolk, Buckinghamshire, Huntingdonshire, Isle of Ely, Bedfordshire, East Suffolk, and some county boroughs.
