TitleOverseers' balance sheets of payments and receipts
DescriptionHalf yearly balance sheets showing total receipts from poor rates, government contributions in lieu of poor rates, rents of properties, sales of land and buildings, interest, poor rates summonses repaid, lists of voters sold, fines and fees, and payments made in lieu of contributions and expenses out of the poor rates to the rural district council, parish councils of town council or to pay for a registration of voters, jury lists, valuation expenses, salaries for assistant overseers, and stationary and postage. Balances for the parishes of Cambridge and Cambridge Without are recorded in different books.
