TitleCambridge Corporation Urban Sanitary Authority treasurer's account ledgers
DescriptionLedgers recording receipts and payments. Records of receipts include the date, from whom received, particulars of receipt, details of which ledger the receipot credited to, and a running total of payments received. Records of payments records the date, voucher number, to whom paid, particulars of payment, whether record of the debit recorded in Ledger 1 or 2, and a running total of payments. Ledgers numbers one record the following information for receipts: references made in the minute book and treasurers book, corresponding debit and items. Expenditure records the reference from the minute book and treasurer's book, highway repairs, invoice, voucher, date of payment; corresponding credit and items. Ledgers numbered two record debenture, recipient, date and the account into which deposited, wages, rates and salary.
