TitleLedger of Corporation's redeemable stock and deeds of transfer
DescriptionA ledger tracking the payments of transferable stock to named individuals then to the Corporation for redeemable stock. Transactions are arranged into accounts named after the stock holder and contain details of the date of the transfer, the names of the individuals depositing or withdrawing funds, the value of the stock following each transaction, and a record of powers of attorney. The ledger is indexed alphabetically by surname at the front of the volume. A register and individual certificates containing details of the holders and the date of transfer, the number of the transfer, the name, address and status of the original holder; the name, address and description of the person the stock is transferred to; the value and the date of the certificate.
