TitleAbstracts of stock and redemption fund accounts
DescriptionAccounts compiled as a return for the Ministry of Health. The accounts details the amount received and paid to the Redemption fund during the year from sales of surplus land; any amount having formed part of any sinking fund; any amount carried into the fund as interest or investments; any amount applied in extinction of stock of applied to borrowing powers, rates, fund or revenue from payments; total carried into the fund from all sources during the year; and a description and nominal amount of securities in which invested and interest payable on. Some yearly abstracts are accompanied by a letter from the Town Clerk to the Borough Surveyor requesting the abstract and a letter from the Assistant secretary at the Ministry of Health to the town clerk requesting the abstract.
