DescriptionValuation fact books indexed by street name providing information on rates paid. The details for each street are divided by properties where the tenant or the landlord pays the rates. Each property is given a reference and records the pre-war rent, the current rent, the period of tenancy, and the gross value of rent plus or minus a series of extras. A valuation analysis is included for each street showing the number of properties in each street at each valuation band.
