We desire respectfully to offer to Your Majesty our congratulations on the Twenty Fifth Anniversary of Your accession to the throne in recognition of the spirit of public service which Your Majesty has personified during the pas Twenty-five years. We recall with pride and pleasure the visits to the City made by Your Majesty and Members of Your House and of the close and continuing ties between the City and Members of the Royal Family. We pray that Your Majesty will continue as our beloved Sovereign for many more years to the lasting advantage of Your Subjects. Given under our Common Seal this 21st day of January 1977 R.E.
