DescriptionIncludes: "The Prince of Wales had decided that Prince Albert Victor should not receive, in person any address on his coming of age, out of the County of Norfolk. But in consideration of Prince Albert Victor having resided so long at the your University, the Prince of Wales desires me to say that he gladly makes an exception in favor of Cambridge, and grants the permission you ask for to present an address to the young Prince at Sandringham".
