All that Messuage in the several parishes of St Andrew the Great and St Benedict, containing on the East next Regent Street 114 feet 6 inches and on the West next Downing College 108 feet on the North next a Messuage heretofore belonging to the Late Joseph Stanley and now to Sidney Stanley, 74 feet and on the South next a Messuage belonging to the late Thomas Bradwell and now to Downing College 74 feet
