TitleDeeds of covenants
DescriptionThe amended Housing (Financial Provisions) Act, 1924 provided additional funds and subsidies to be paid to local authorities to build housing for rent to low paid workers. These covenants detail the names of the party entering into the covenant the situation of properties to be built, the value of the covenant and the period during which the property can not be sold.
