Description49 Gold Street: Rev Robert Vintner died in 1872 leaving the property to his wife Ellen who died in 1893. The property was then sold by auction for £150 and purchased by Louisa Farrant Edwards, the wife of Richard Edwards. Louisa Edwards bequeathed the properties to her daughter Mary Ann Farrant Nixon who died in 1921. The properties were then sold to Charles Redfarn in 1923, to David Tomas Arnold in 1934, and finally to Cambridge Corporation in 1962.
