Description	Cambridge City Council's Closing Order in lieu of Demolition Order in respect of 30 Gold St: the house declared unfit for human habitation but the Council considered it inexpedient to make a demolition order having regard to the effect of demolition of the house upon other buildings, this Order prohibited use of the house for any purpose that than a purpose approved by the Council.
