DescriptionThe letter asks them to assent, dissent or state they are neuter in regards to the compulsory taking of lands listed in the accompanying schedule. The lands listed in the schedules are Hobson's brook and an empty common or allotments at Vicar's Brook. It includes the blank postcards for the owners to return.
