Title"Case for Counsel [relating to] Removal of Denver Sluice
DescriptionSub-bundle of legal papers concerning Denver Sluice. The legal case relates to the inhabitants of several towns, especially Kings Lynn, claiming that works proposed by the BLC will adversely affect their navigation, and the BLC is claiming it will not. Bundle includes documents reciting parts of the history of the corporation from foundation, and a list of MPs in November 1695.
