DescriptionBundle of legal papers concerning Reverend Jeremiah Jackson's claim that defendants George Morris, Nathanial Goodman, John Blackborn and John Cott Wills have not paid sufficient small tithe for their lands in Coldham Field, Ladus Field and Waldersea Fen. They claim that he is not the lawful vicar of Elm and Emneth and that he has no right to demand tithes. This case was heard in the Court of the Exchequer on 17 May 1825.
