DescriptionBundle of legal papers concerning the suit of Sarah Redshaw v the Bedford Level Corporation comprising a legal brief of 29 pages with antecedents from 1631, notes summarising actions 1705-25, and correspondence relating to a cottage and tunnel under Soham Lode, 1817 and 1755. The correspondence does not appear to have a bearing on the case.

Case relates to rent due on a Corporation property originally leased by Beck Jenyns (deceased). The lease, and rent payable for it, has descended through various family members, traced in the document, to Sarah Redshaw. The BLC wish to increase the rent, but Sarah claims rent in the original lease should stand.
