Contains copies of petitions of the vicar of South Lynn All Saints and the Mayor and Burgesses of King's Lynn; affidavits of Robert Bainbridge, confirming that he served the petitions to William Saffery; accounts of Mark Burn, about the vicarial tythes conveyed to the Eau Brink Commissioners; summons to attend; minutes of proceedings; bill of costs in relation to the applications to the Court of Chancery and reference to the Master of the Rolls; an instrument for a power of attorney; reports; notes and correspondence.
