DescriptionBundle of [legal] papers concerning Clackhouse Hundred and a Half's claim that the Bedford Level Corporation have neglected to keep the north bank of Tong's Drain in good repair. The north bank of Tong's Drain was presented to the Court of Sewers in 1762, 1778 and 1786. Contains Owen Fann's bill of expenses in 1849; the legal brief for the defendants to quash the 1785 presentment; proceedings and orders of the Court of Sewers in 1762, 1778 and 1786; and Mr Gotobed's bill of expenses between 1783-1786.
