This case was heard in the Court of Chancery. Contains a preparatory statement about the suit; copies of the plaintiffs' affidavits and the defendants' affidavits; copies of Robert Stephenson and James Meadows Rendel's certificates; and copies of the injunctions. Published in 1852 by Cartwright and Son, of 57 Chancery Lane, London.
