DescriptionPetition against a second application (see Ref S/B/SP679) to turn the waters of the [Forty Foot Drain] into the [Sixteen Foot Drain], which they argue will still result in their lands in the Middle Level being drowned. They argue that even if the Sixteen Foot Drain was enlarged to take the additional waters, it could not discharge them at Salter's Lode. Two hundred and twenty signatories.
