DescriptionThe petitioners report that their lands are currently flooded, and likely to remain so as the present outfall is in a very ruinous condition. They ask for permission to scour out and enlarge Popham's Eau and the Sixteen Foot Drain. They also ask for permission to connect the Forty Foot Drain and the Sixteen Foot Drain, to allow the waters from the Forty Foot Drain to run into the Sixteen Foot Drain and Popham's Eau. One hundred and eight signatories.
