TitlePetition of William Finch
DescriptionThe petitioner requests help with paying Mr Walby's (surveyor) bill. In 1774 leave was granted to open St John's Eau to relieve flooding in the South Level, and he was involved in employing Mr Walby to draw up a plan and estimate for the work, which was then abandoned in favour of a general plan involving the Middle Level as well. Request considered and rejected.
