DescriptionPetition for Whittlesey Dike to be scoured between Bevill's Leam and the River Nene, as the navigation through the town of Whittlesey is much safer than passing through Whittlesey Mere. They believe that this will cost no more than £220, and that a pen sluice at Farcet Bridge would cost a further £100. Sixty two signatories.
