TitlePetition of Mary Addison (a minor)
DescriptionHer late father, Roger Addison, built a house on South bank of Moreton Leam, which was of great use to the Corporation in times of flood for housing etc., of workmen repairing banks. The house is the whole substance of Mary and has been let, the rent being paid to her, the feed has also been let, but Thomas Waddington, who hired part of the feed, now demands rent from Thomas Hollyday for the house, depriving Mary of part of her income.
