DescriptionThe petitioner used to lease a cottage on the south bank of the Bedford River, which is now occupied by his son-in-law Wright Scott. The cottage is now in a very ruinous condition. He asks for permission to repair it, or for permission to take away the materials at the end of the lease. One signatory.
