TitlePetition of Love Owen, of Mepal
DescriptionThe petitioner represents that his late father leased the grazing rights on the Hundred Foot Bank between Mepal Bridge and Branghill Closes since 1733, together with the fishing rights between Mepal Bridge and Sutton Gravel. He and his father both spent large sums of money improving and repairing the premises. He asks to be granted a 21-year lease, at a cost of £7:7s a year. One signatory.
