DescriptionThe petitioner represents that the Commissioners for Sutton and Mepal Level have dammed up the mill drain, which used to drain the water from his lands in Somersham. He asks for permission to cut through the bank and erect a small sluice at the end of the Division Ditch, so that the waters can drain into Hammond's Eau. One signatory.
