DescriptionThe petitioner owns a piece of land near Northey Gravel, 1 acre of which is cut off from the rest by the new course of the Counter Drain. He represents that his tenant William Cannon refuses to pay rent for this land, has seized possession of the residue from Robert Camber and has pulled down the stable erected on it. He asks to be put into possession, and for any rents and profits received by the Bedford Level Corporation to be refunded. One signatory.
