Title	Petition of Thomas Young, Sluice Keeper at Welches Dam
Description	The petitioner is the current proprietor of "The Three Fishes" at Welches Dam, which his mother rebuilt when it burnt down twenty years ago at great expense. He represents that the Bedford Level Corporation has let it to Mr Dunn in April 1818, without his knowledge. He asks for the lease to Mr Dunn to be declared null and void, and to be allowed to retain possession. No signatory.
